How do I download videos and photos from my RealCloud to my Android?

You can download any files that have been uploaded to your RealCloud storage or stored on a connected device or PC. Just tap and hold the photo or video, then tap the three-dots icon at the top right of the screen and tap Download.

Note: The Android app cannot download videos directly from other websites. You need to first download them using a PC or Mac, then upload them to RealCloud before downloading to your Android device.
