How do I add videos to my Cloud or share them from my Windows 8 device?
Tap the video and pull it down slightly, then tap either Upload to Cloud or Share in the blue bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
If the video is one you have just taken with your device, the Upload and Share options will appear as soon as you click OK after recording the video.
If you are sharing the video, enter the email address(es) you want to send it to, include a message if you like, and tap Share again. You can also share videos to Facebook (if your Facebook login is different from your RealPlayer Cloud login, you will be asked to login to Facebook prior to sharing).
If you experience any difficulty uploading or sharing videos, please check the following:
- Are you signed in? You must be signed in to the RealPlayer app to upload to your Cloud Library and share videos.
- Available storage space: If you have used most or all of your available storage space, then the upload will fail if the file size exceeds the space available. Videos are uploaded to your Cloud Library when they are being shared.
- Internet/Wi-Fi connection: It's possible that a dropped connection interrupted the upload or share process. Please check your connection and try again.
