Switching Computers Soon

I will be receiving my new computer on Monday via Freight. I will be formatting my old computer (this one) and want to reinstall my paid version of Real Player which is currently version I just purchased it in December of 2014 which I would believe I should still have support? I just want to be sure that when I format this one and reinstall version 16 on my new computer that I will still have everything such as the equalizer and the cross-fade?

Customers who purchased RealPlayer 16 Plus can continue to enjoy their Plus features at no extra charge when we released RealPlayer Cloud but in the new RealTimes these features are available only with a Premium or Unlimited subscription. Therefore you are unable to access the Plus features like burning DVD. This is why you are getting the free version of RealPlayer.

To know more on pricing and features, please click this link:

If you still wish to reinstall the previous version RealPlayer 16 follow the below link:

Before installing RealPlayer 16, make sure you uninstall (alone) any existing version of RealTimes by following the link:

After downloading the free version, sign in to access the Plus features of the player: To do so click the link below:

Note: Please be aware that we are no longer making any updates to RealPlayer Cloud or RealPlayer 16, and popular features such as Download This Video may not work on these versions. Therefore, we strongly recommend using RealTimes.

If you using windows 10, then the RealPlayer 16 is not compatible.

I hope this information will help you.
