
I am now able to get to the sign in page, but I am now getting a message stating "Please verify and re-enter your email and password, or click cancel to use RealPlayer without signing in".
However, I know my email and password are good as I used them to get in to the support area here and was able to sign in on the real.com website to look at my account.
I know that you are unable to support password resets or new account creation for this version of RealPlayer (v11), but I am not trying to do either of those actions. I am trying to log in to an already existing account.
Your help is appreciated.
