Not receiving email responses

I emailed Customer Support but did not receive a response. What happened?

If it has been more than one business day since you sent your request, and you have not received a response from a RealNetworks support agent, please do the following:

- Check your junk / spam mail folder. Sometimes our email are mistakenly placed in these folders by your mail service provider.

- Make sure that support@realnetworks.zendesk.com is added to your allowed contacts list.

- If you are waiting for an email to reset your password, add realtimes@real.com to your allowed contacts list, then reset your password again.

- Go to https://realnetworks.zendesk.com/requests and login. You should see your support contact history here, including any responses our support team has sent.
