'Server unavailable' error when downloading

I could not download the software because the server was not available. What do I do now?

Occasionally, our download servers experience technical difficulties that prevent downloading. When many customers try to download at the same time, the servers may be delayed. Please try again in a few moments or during a less busy time.

If you are experiencing the same issue after trying again, try resetting your Internet browser.

If you are still receiving a server unavailable when trying to download, then you have proxies or a firewall blocking the download. To resolve this:

If Internet Explorer is your default browser:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Click Internet Options.
  4. Click the Connections tab.
  5. Click the LAN Settings button.
  6. Uncheck all boxes.
  7. Click OK twice.
