Do I have to use Facebook to sign in?
No. We include this as a convenient option for customers who want to use it. If you are a returning customer, you can use your current RealTimes/RealPlayer email address and password combination to log in. If you are new to RealTimes, click the Create Account option to create an account specifically for RealTimes.
I signed in using my Facebook login. Why don't I see my videos?
If you created your RealTimes/RealPlayer account independently of your Facebook account, you will need to use the email sign-in option.
If you originally signed up for your RealTimes (or RealPlayer Cloud) account using your Facebook login credentials, then you should continue to use the Sign In Using Facebook option.
If you don't use the Facebook option to sign in to your account, you can still share videos to Facebook--at that point, you will be asked to login to Facebook to share the videos.
Why am I getting error message, “Unsupported Browser: Google Chrome for iOS does not support this feature. Please use Safari and try again”?
This is an external error message and cannot be resolved via RealTimes. Try using Safari to complete your transaction.
