'My Account' no longer available for older versions

I have RealPlayer 16 or an earlier version. Why can't I access My Account?

As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it is not possible to continue supporting legacy and historic products.

We are no longer able to support password reset or new account creation for RealPlayer 16 and prior versions (both free and Plus).

If you have Windows 7 or higher, we encourage you to try the newest version of RealPlayer, available for download here.
