CAN'T SIGN IN TO REALPLAYER PLUS

I bought a lifetime(?) realplayer plus several years ago and just the other day i tried logging in (to make it go from reaplayer sp to realplayer plus but it says i need to re-enter my email and password despite the fact that my email and password have not changed. here is a screengrab of my receipt of the purchase of realplayer plus.

i use Firefox (in case you needed to know this). can you help me with this please?

We no longer offer any support for RealPlayer 15, 14, SP and 11 (for Windows), 10.5 and 10 (Windows and Mac).

RealPlayer needs to change so we can manually sign in. It always says restart your computer, and that doesn't fix it.

To resolve your issue, please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted.
