    I have ALL the items in my real players showing without picture face on them. They have kept the names on them, and general locations. What happened to my software? And Real-Times won't let me in either.

    The videos you see when you sign in to the web application may have been deleted following Cloud space removal under the RealPlayer Free plan.

    We have recently discontinued Cloud storage space for our free plan.We have been sending a series of emails to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content or take advantage of a special discount on a paid plan that provides more storage space.

    Cloud space was discontinued and missing content cannot be restored.
