I had RealPlayer 16 until switching to the 18 version last night. The old one worked fine for years and just stopped working the last few days and told me to switch over to the RealPlayer 18 version which I did. Now I can't even burn the MP4 videos I could always burn before. I used to use the Explorer browser to download YouTube videos to RealPlayer since I could convert them to MP4 automatically and easily burn them. Firebox wouldn't do that. I have a Windows 7 computer with 64 bits. My RealPlayer system is now version 18. 1. 9 106 and comes up on RealPlayer as RealPlayer Windows 32. Do I need to somehow change my settings in RealPlayer so they are compatible with my 64 bit machine? I've tried for hours to fix this and wish I could speak to someone at your company like I used to do when I had problems. I shouldn't have this much trouble after buying the newest version of your system. When I try to burn a DVD it says Unknown File Type. Please help!
