Desktop PC Connect is Temperamental
I was able to watch all my saved computer videos from Realplayer on my Roku and Chromecast but haven't been able to for the last 4 months. When I go to the Realplayer app on either streaming device, my computer choice that usually pops up, hardly, if ever appears. It shows the usual choices to choose from, but my "Desktop PC Connect..." shows up when it wants to. I like to choose this one because it shows everything from pictures, to documents, to downloads, plus everything from my external drive. There has to be something I'm not doing right but for the life of me I can't figure it out! I check on updates, but still my Desktop PC Connect choice is temperamental. Can anybody help? I also have a premium account. I got it especially to watch my videos on Roku. I don't think it's my computer because it's 2 weeks old and this problem began way back in early October. Thank you for any help given.

We have a known issue with Roku and that is why you are not able to play your content on Roku. Unfortunately, this won't be fixed as there is no development work on the Roku app.
It should, however, work on your Chromecast. Please reinstall the app on your mobile device. I am sending you an email as well. We'll take it from there.
