Download Feature has stopped working

I have tried following the directions on the page but have still not been able to download from either Edge or Internet explorer or Google Chrome or Fox.  Any ideas?

  Can you please follow these steps:
  
  

  1. Try downloading a video (You may still receive the same error).
  2. Restart your computer. (This will update the Downloader in the background)
  3. Try downloading a video now and let us know if you still have the problem.

  Please note: Microsoft had stopped supporting Internet Explorer but you should be able to download using other browsers you mentioned here.
