REAL PLAYER 20/20 DOWNLOADER IS NOT WORKING AT WINDOWS 7
I have been using the real player since a long time. Last month my plan has been finished and I have buy again latest version of real player 20/20 at $ 39-99 on 02/10/2021. I have installed also the new version but the downloader is not working at any website and not even download the test video. As you know that the download facility at real player is very important for everyone. Please help me and resolve this problem.

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?

Mostly we download the videos from Youtube. We are giving below some URL for example. We have been Google Chrome web browser since a long.

When we were using the previous version, we never faced this type of problem. Please solve this error, otherwise return my money.

We were able to download all of those videos. We feel something in conflicting with your Downloader, perhaps your firewall program.

We sent an email to you some time ago but didn't hear back from. Here are some instructions you can follow to fix the downloader issue.
1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action may still show "Unable to download" message)
2. Close all Windows,
3. Restart your PC.Now try downloading your video. If the issue persists, please let us know and we will process the refund.
