Realplayer 18 download
When I try to download a video. The message is unable to download. I have already upgraded to premium 2 times.
I do not like the realplayer 2020, but I have paid for it. I don't want to deal with people, etc. I just want to download videos.

Since paid £17.50 for 20/20 i have now found i cannot download videos from youtube, blue box appears but does not change colour to download, and whilst i have found this page can i say how difficult you make it for anyone to contact you about an issue, i have spent days trying to solve the problem myself and trying to find a contact , i have no central vision and use a mag prog so searching is very difficult and would be nice to just have a straight forward contact with someone, does anyone actually work there or is it all automated machines ??

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are trying to download?
