Already upgrade to premium

Hi 

1) Why is my speed still slow even after I had an upgrade to premium. The download of the video is slow, make no difference from upgrading.

2) And on the bottom left I see the download speed stated still at 10 Mbps and not at unlimited

Unhappy with the purchase of upgrading to premium and the speed. Please look into it and waiting for your reply
