２２のダウンロードできない

どうすればいいでしょうか？ダウンロードできません。バージョン２２にしましたが、有償です。

  With regards to the inability to download videos, we were able to identify the root cause and our engineering team was able to resolve it. To be able to download videos again, please follow these steps.
   
  1. Attempt to download any video of your choice (You will still have the same error).
  2. Simply restart your computer after this.
  3. Upon restarting your computer, the Downloader will be updated in the backend and your downloads should start working.
   
  If the issue still persists, please let us know.

  30年来の利用者です。主にYoutubeの音楽を多くダウンロードしてiPodやiPoneで楽しんでます。静止動画はmp3変換して使っています。一時、Youtubeがダウンロードできないコンテンツが増えましたがその後しばらくするとURLからダウンロードできるようになり、引き続き安心してコンテンツを利用してました。年明け後に再び新しいビデオクリップがダウンロードできず、URLダウンロードもできないようです。もちろん1970年代など古いコンテンツは大丈夫ダウンロードできるようですが。新しいコンテンツがダウンロードできるように改善していただけるのでしょうか？
