WHY, a new Upgrade purchase bill on 1/3/2023?, when I already purchased the Plus Upgrade in 6/21/2021. I need a explanation or a refund!

I was charged $26.36 on Jan 3 2023, I do not know why...when I already purchased the upgrade in June 21 2021. So, what is this new purchase for?

  You purchased RealPlayer Downloader v.22 on 1/1/2023. This is the latest version of RealPlayer. You previously purchased RealPlayer v.20/20 in 2021. These are 2 different products.
