Buenas noches señores, porque no ponen un correo directo para presentar cualquier RECLAMO ANTE QUIEN CORRESPONDA?, señores yo compré el producto REAL PLAYER PLUS a $39.99, ES IMPOSIBLE COMUNICARSE CON USTEDES MEDIANTE UN CORREO DIRECTO, pero sin embargo figuró en su sistema como GRATIS sin considerarme mi comprá DE $39.99 como usuario de PAGO PLUS  no puedo emitir la factura porque ustedes no consignan esa aplicación para adjuntar archivos, al momento de la compra me dijeron que era de por vida, entonces en qué quedamos? sírvase corregir ese percance por favor, aquí le envió la factura emitida por ustedes sustentando lo que digo, muy atentamente Manuel Marino Vasquez Hernandez. mi email:  tigre-tigre_1954@hotmail.com

  Es verdad Yo he pagado varias veces por la actualization y cada vez hay que pagar. y con la nueva version solo puedo descargar un video a la vez es una pena! Recomiendo Nero y su video Downloader Ya que real player se Ha convertido en un ana pesadilla. Y quieren que pague otra vez!

If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.

  If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer 22 and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.
