updated real player 22 and lost registration key

Purchased Real Player Plus plan on 12/12-2022.  Downloaded and installed update on 03/13/2023 and lost my registration key.. 

I had saved the key emailed to me onto my computer in my Registration folder and a sub-folder RealPlayer as a PDF file.  Now I cannot find the registration key email in my RealPlayer folder, in my email folder for RealPlayer or anywhere.  The only thing I can find is the email thanking me for purchasing it.  I log into my real player account from the new download and it doesn't even show where I purchased the program.

What the hell is one to do?  Repurchase the damn program every time you download an damned update?
