Can't download videos after updating RealPlayer

I have RealPlayer 22 Express and Windows 11.  I received a message to update  Realplayer about 4 days ago, I did the update and then could no longer download videos. I tried a couple of the suggested fixes, but nothing worked.  I then uninstalled RealPlayer and reinstalled ut, but it is still not working.  Please help.

  Yes me to can you send us a fix procedure to enable downloading from youtube and converting from mp4 to mp3

  It finally started to work on its own after several days.  I really didn't do anything.   I did get ahold of RealPlayer support by opening RealPlayer, clicked on the RealPlayer button at the top left of the screen, scrolled down to leave feedback.  Someone contacted me a day or so later.
