    The reason you are getting Technical difficulties when trying to reset your password is because you have not set a password directly with us. You have created your account by using Google as your login.

    We have made changes to the login process. We have removed Google and Facebook as a sign in option. We can set a temporary password for you. You can change the password after you sign in with your email address with this temporary password. Would you want us to do that for you?

    I am caught in a reset loop that eventually ends with "Technical Difficulties" The account I am trying to access is with the email address thinesh.lycatel@gmail.com

    I have tried multiple times and keep getting the "we are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact support."

    Please send temporary pw please
