We were able to download this video successfully. What error do you get when you download this video or any video?
In the meanwhile, can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.

Please "over-install" RealPlayer by going to www.real.com. Over-install simply means installing RealPlayer over the existing RealPlayer. When you go through the installation process, you will be prompted that RealPlayer is already installed, simply proceed with the installation when prompted. This will ensure you have the latest version of the Downloader.
