You can access the Cloud videos along with the local ones by downloading the RealTimes program onto your computer. To do so, visit www.real.com and follow the onscreen instructions.

We also want to inform you that we will not delete the Cloud videos. Even if your subscription expires, all your previously uploaded videos will still be available but you won't be able to add videos to your Cloud unless you delete some of them manually.

Thank u 4 responding.  I followed the link to the RealTimes/RealPlayer site.  It opened the same window w/the introduction video, but no on-screen instructions.  I clicked on "Get the App" & it opened the same window from the last attempt.  I clicked on the green "Download RealPlayer for Free" button, & received a message @ the bottom of the screen that the realplayer.exe was downloaded.  I still don't see that anything new has been added.  I clicked on "web app online" & the "Windows 10" icon, & it still seems that nothing has changed.

I have a RealPlayer icon on my desktop already, but it has been there for years & has remained after different updates.  I don't know if this helps or not but I thought I would let u know.

I received your message that my videos would not be deleted (thank u, so much), but I wanted to make sure I was doing what I should do to keep them.  What else do I need to do?

    1. Enable Backup and Sync: Ensure that you have enabled backup and synchronization for your cloud storage service. This feature automatically creates copies of your videos and keeps them stored in the cloud, providing an extra layer of protection against accidental deletion or loss.

    2. Set Up File Versioning: Check if your cloud storage service offers file versioning functionality. File versioning allows you to keep multiple versions of your videos, so even if a video is deleted or modified, you can still access previous versions. This feature can be helpful if you accidentally delete a video and need to restore it.

    3. Implement Access Controls: Take advantage of access controls and permissions provided by your cloud storage service. Set strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorized access. Additionally, carefully manage access permissions for shared videos to prevent accidental or intentional deletions by others
