RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page

Suddenly getting the RealPlayer cannot download videos on this page message on all videos. What to do?

  Can you please let us know the following information:

  Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
  Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.

  Please provide us with the version number you see there.

  Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows have you installed?

  Do not know the RealPlayer version but was updated 12/13/23. Windows 7 and Google Chrome. Thanks

  Sorry but could not find videodl on my computer. I am old and not very techy. Cannot download videos on this page shows up for every video and or source. Was working fine all day yesterday and stopped working last night. Would love to get this resolved as I use RealPlayer downloader all the time. Thanks for your help!
