Real Player Downloader quit last week
The drop down box for downloading videos stopped appearing last week. I have tried manually downloading videos and this does not work either.
I uninstalled Real Player restarted Win10 PC and then re-installed to no change. Per software I am running RealPlayer Downloader Version 22.0.5.310 and do not see an update for a later version.
Computer: Win10 Pro CPU: I5 6 core 9600K Ram: 16 GB DDR4 1333MH Motherboard: Micro-Star International Z390A Pro Video Card: 8192MB ATI Radeon Rx 580 C Drive: Western Digital SATA SSD 500 GB
No other problems.

Additional comments: I am having problems with download in both Chrome and Edge. Same issue with no dropdown at the top of the screen. When I try to open RealDownloader on the Start menu under RealNetworks/RealPlayer Downloader nothing launches.

Please follow these steps and let us know if the issue persists.
- Uninstall RealPlayer
- Restart PC
- Reinstall RealPlayer
If you still have issues, please let us know.

I uninstalled RealPlay. Restarted PC. Re-installed RealPlayer from the software on RealPlayer website. No change.
I checked the Start Up Listing and the following are all listed in the StartUp Files are ON among others: Real Player, Real Downloader, Real Networks Scheduler.

I tried Chrome and Edge with the same no download button.

I just purchase the real player plus couple days ago i m having trouble down loading any music iam not seeing any of the plus features i tried uninstalling im not having any headway on this

Something changed a couple of days ago. Was working fine and now getting (cannot download videos on this page) message. All videos, youtube and others.

Can you please let us know the following information:
Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using?
Frank - In addition, you will need to sign into your RealPlayer to activate your Plus fetures.
