I don't know what is going on but never had this problem before but it keeps on crashing it your stuff is crap!!!!!!!!!!

  Does RealPlayer crash at any specific event? Like playing videos or opening RealPlayer or using any other feature? The more information you provide, the better we can assist.

  I'm was trying to burn a dvd and it would start the burn and about 30 sec into the burn real player would close automatically and i would have to start all over it just keeps closing automatically so I made sure the videos played with real player first and they all played and I also made sure they were all mp4 and they were all the same so not sure why this is happening but never did it do this before so something has changed or your program is junk and nothing but junk!!
