Sharing Videos No Longer Works

    When you share a video, it first uploads the video to your Cloud and then is shared. To test if the file has been uploaded to your Cloud, can you go to https://realtimes.real.com/account#login and sign into your account and play the video? Please let us know how it plays back.

    Sorry it took so long to reply, but I did not see your message until today. I wish there was a book I could read entitled "Realplayer Instructions for Dummies." My problem, which still exists, is this: I  can share a video to an email. If I send it to myself. it plays correctly So I assume if I email it to someone else, it will do the same thing. But I want to send the video as a text message. It lets me create a link, however when I open the text message, it will look exactly the same as the email, and when I press play it starts as it should, but the video always freezes about halfway through, as the audio continues. I have tried everything, but nothing works. I don't know if you can do one of those screen sharing things or not, or if I provided you my phone number, maybe you could call me and help me that way.
