Sharing Videos No Longer Works
Hello,
I hold a Real Player Premium subscription and the most crucial feature for me is the ability to download videos daily and share them. Previously, this functioned flawlessly. However, it has not been working for a considerable time now. Every time I attempt to share, whether by emailing, uploading to create a link, or copying the link to send via email or SMS, the video begins to play and then freezes a few seconds in, while the audio continues. This issue persists across all sharing methods. Despite trying everything, the problem remains unresolved. If anyone has a solution, could you please provide simple, step-by-step instructions?

When you share a video, it first uploads the video to your Cloud and then is shared. To test if the file has been uploaded to your Cloud, can you go to https://realtimes.real.com/account#login and sign into your account and play the video? Please let us know how it plays back.

Sorry it took so long to reply, but I did not see your message until today. I wish there was a book I could read entitled "Realplayer Instructions for Dummies." My problem, which still exists, is this: I can share a video to an email. If I send it to myself. it plays correctly So I assume if I email it to someone else, it will do the same thing. But I want to send the video as a text message. It lets me create a link, however when I open the text message, it will look exactly the same as the email, and when I press play it starts as it should, but the video always freezes about halfway through, as the audio continues. I have tried everything, but nothing works. I don't know if you can do one of those screen sharing things or not, or if I provided you my phone number, maybe you could call me and help me that way.
