How to get the FREE version to recognize I already have paid for RealPlayer 22?

The download video stopped working a few days ago.  Unable to correct it, I redownload the RealPlayer 22 FREE version.  I already have a paid RealPlayer 22 subscription.  How can I tell the program to recognize it?

  We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus 20/20. If you installed RealPlayer 22 or RealPlayer 24, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer as this is a different product with additional new features.

  If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer and install RealPlayer 20/20. You can install RealPlayer 20/20 by clicking this link.

  Once you have installed RealPlayer 20/20, you will need to sign into it to activate your Plus features.

  I installed the 20 version, but it gives me the "Unable to download video" message.  I reinstall the 22 FREE version, at least this one works.  It would be nice if RP offers discount to buyer of previous version.

  Thanks.  Purchased RP22.  Very nice.  I now can elect to download the preferred 720 format.
