Purchased Real Player Plus for $39.99 but cannot activate or access the paid version

Dear Sirs,

I am writing from Toronto in Canada.

I purchased Real Player Plus for $39.99, from the Real.com website, on 5 july, 2024 but cannot activate or access the paid version.

 

Can someone help me?

  yeah I have the Down loader express version and for some reason it is not doing simultaneous downloads
