I purchased Realplayer Plus once already, why can't I access it?
I want my realplayer plus activated back.
I paid for the lifetime version.

I see that you purchased RealPlayer 15.
Please note that, older versions are not available in our system, and we are no longer supporting RealPlayer 16 and any version before that.
As RealNetworks makes new products available to customers, it's not possible for us to continue supporting older products.
We are now offering RealPlayer 18/RealTimes. This is the latest version of RealPlayer with many additional features. To access the Premium features of RealPlayer 18 will require a new purchase, because this is a new product.

I had Realplayer PLUS installed on my computer....i went to burn a DVD and it told me i had to upgrade my PLUS again for $24.95 so i paid for another PLUS download but i still can't burn my video!!!!

I am having the same problem. Did anyone get a resolution to the problem? I followed all the steps in the Support FAQ, and it is still not working as programmed.

I am unable to sign into Real Player Plus, and I already paid for lifetime version. It always prompt me to restart my computer, but it still does not let me sign in, please help.....Edmond Smoot III edsxxxx@hotmail.com

I had to purchase realplayer 15 because I was told you all no longer supported the previous version. So once again in order to use two features for burning a CD, I must buy another version, and in 1 or 2yrs I'll have to
purchase the next version. Real.com is a deceitful and corrupt company., cheating customers. Karma os a B_t_h, enjoy your meeting her!0
