On April 3 I upgraded my Realplayer to version 18.1.11.204. Previously downloaded .flv clips will not play. If a solution is not forthcoming, can I "roll back" this upgrade, and if so, how?

In the meantime, I request you to convert your files to MP4 using the RealConverter.

I tried to convert my .flv video files to mp4 as suggested. The conversion appeared to go OK but the new file was not .mp4 but a .m4a audio file!

    Still no video

Can you please send me a sample .FLV file? We will test it in-house.

To send us a file up to 1 GB in size, please follow these instructions:

    1. Go to https://tobor2.prognet.com/cgi-bin/incoming.cgi
    2. You will see instructions for attaching the file. Choose the file you want to send us.
    3. In the "to" section, enter "gsharma".
    4. In the box below, enter your email address and/or ticket number, along with a brief note about the issue (just a sentence is fine).
    5. Click Send.

Thanks, but it's not necessary now. I have successfully converted all my unreadable .flv files to mp4 files so I can now view them all

    Thanks
