general error has occurred
HI, I have been moving video files around to sort them out and now all the file have the same error when I want to play them.
I select the file I want to play and realplayer come up, Then the error box appears "A general error has Occurred" I have done a virus check on all drives (none reported) any ideas This effects some 80 GB of files.

From your description, it looks like your library database is corrupted.
Please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.
Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
