REAL HELP IS A JOKE

Why do I get the heading that says something like, "There are 21 topics to your search" when the page only displays a few of them?  There is no way to find the rest of the topics.  

And why does Real hide from paying customers with legit problems by having no way to email or call them and offer no way for a refund?

WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
