We have noticed that YouTube has made some changes on their end and that is why RealDownloader is unable to download any music videos. We are working on resolving this.

We will email you as soon as the issue is resolved.

Does it open on other browsers? For example - Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox?

Realdownloader is now working in Google Chrome. If anyone else has this problem in the future, if you have Realplayer cleanup, launch it and run Realdownloader 2, and if they have Virus protection such as Norton 360, ensure Realdownloader is enabled in the Windows start up options.

We are happy to report that the issue has been fixed. We appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue, and thank you for using RealPlayer.

    Please follow these steps:

    1. Open Chrome, Firefox or Edge browser
    2. Go to YouTube and play any video
    3. Click on the Download button (You will still receive a "No videos to download" message)
    4. Close the browser
    5. Restart your PC and go back to download a video now. (Step 3 through Step 5 will update the RealDownloader and you should be able to download videos again)

If the downloader still doesn't work for you, please let us know.
