I tried restarting for 3 days, it was not working, in Int.Explorer realplayer downloader was working all the time without any intervention, but in chrome it wasnt. Last night I put computer in sleep, with opened some chrome tabs,  now woke up, so without restarting the sistem or chrome, and suddenly this morning the downloader Works and recognize YouTube videos. The only problem is that some other membership  videos are not downloadable in chrome, ( not YouTube, from some other membership websites, even with copying and pasting the weblink directly in downloader )  but the same video is downloadable in Internet Explorer, this problem exists for several years and it is the only reason I am still using Internet Explorer.

We have resolved the Downloader issue. Please follow these steps to have your Downloader work again.

    1. Open Internet Explorer
    2. Click Settings and open Internet Options
    3. Under General tab, Click the Delete button under Browsing History and hit the Delete button on the window that opens up
    4. Close Internet Explorer

Once you are done resetting your Internet Explorer, please follow these steps:

    1. Using Chrome, Firefox or Edge, go to YouTube.com and play any video and click the Downloader button. (This action will still show "Unable to download" message)
    2. Close all Windows
    3. Restart your PC
    4. Go back to Youtube.com and try to download any video (This should activate the latest version of Downloader and you should be able to download videos.)

If the issue persists, please let me know.
