Unable to download videos from YouTube 4-28-19
I tried the instructions to reset Internet Explorer provided by the techs 4-28, tried to download a video from YouTube as instructed and nothing happened. I did all the steps to reset the downloader twice, used both Edge and Chrome and nothing. I guess I'm not really surprised it didn't work. Is there a "plan B"? Did it work for anyone else? How about LIVE tech help? Is that even available with Realplayer? I think it's time to move on from this whole thing. It's not happening, at least not from the instructions I got from the techs.
UPDATE 5-2
I was able to schedule an online session with a RealPlayer tech, and inside 30 minutes the problem was solved. I didn't have to do anything, the tech took control of the screen and did it all including installing the newest version downloader. If you can't fix the problem yourself, schedule a session and they'll do it. VERY SATISFIED with the service I got! Everything works perfectly now.

Mine says no video to download from this site and i’m On YouTube! Has anyone tried uninstalling and reinstalling Real player? I’m glad it’s not just me.
