Having trouble Downloading Videos

Hello my name is Randy Timberlake and I having trouble trying to download videos from real times. When I try to download videos it says unable to download or no web address is found. I also followed the steps in updating the latest version of realtimes and I am still having trouble downloading videos. You can contact me at 901-604-2078 or by email at rltlibra41@aol.com

  Thank you for alerting this. We are also noticing that certain videos are not being detected by RealDownloader. Our engineering team is investigating it. We will send you an email as soon as it is resolved.

  RealDownloader is designed to detect a video from a website and will allow to download the video. However, some websites block videos from being downloaded. We currently offer RealDownloader to work with web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer.
