i follow your instruction, and repeat again, again, again... still "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD",  any of youtube; i shut down Google, and turn on RealPlayer Realtimes website, and again "UNABLE TO DOWNLOAD", help me how to download video?

  Hi , I'm Mr  Perez just to tell you that my real player downloader still not able to download  I was thinking to upgrade to the premium version but, I change my mind not with these issues sorry in order to make money got to keep your customers happy and I really don't see that happening
