After error message, Saved tracks have a bad audio.

Kindly, let me know how I can listen to my saved tracks and video again.

Try playing the same audio or video with a different media player like Windows Media Player. Please let us know if it plays correctly. If it does, please follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.
