Unable to burn a full DVD

I can burn a video clip of say 23 mins whilst working on computer but if I load up to the maximum 2 hours it doesn't burn and the whole list just disappears as if it never existed. I have the latest  windows 10 and have re-installed Real player several times.

  We understand that you have already reinstalled RealPlayer but requesting you to follow the instructions from the below link to resolve your issue.

  Please note: If you have any playlists created, you will have to recreate them.

  I've tried following the suggested actions but still unable to burn . Last attempt 45 min video but disappeared after about 20 mins.
