Realtimes app continually closes
I have a premium account with Realtimes.
For the last three weeks the app on my android cellphone closes, about two seconds after I open it. It will simply not stay open! I have un-installed, re-installed , done everything humanly possible but it will not stay open. Not just on this cell phonr but on my other one as well. I am at wits end.
Its a shame because I love realplayer when its working. I am goung to have to cancel my premium account..

I guess nobody from RealTimes reads the comments under the app on Google Play Store. Everyone is having the same issue. Not a one reply back. That is not a good way to stay in business.

Would you be able to provide us with the following information:
1. What is the device type? (Make/Model)
2. What is the version of the Android installed?
3. Any screenshots of the errors?

Its been over a month and the app still closes. I replied to the commenter below with the screenshots and all the info needed via email.
