no playback
I have no video or audio playback when accessing my videos to watch.

What file formats are your videos? In the meanwhile, please follow these steps.
1. Open RealPlayer.
2. Click the RealPlayer logo, then Preferences.
3. In the Category pane, select Hardware.- Under Video Card Compatibility, move the slider bar Most reliable.
- Click OK twice to save the changes.
- Close out of RealPlayer, restart RealPlayer.0 -
I followed the directions you posted:
Preferences..Hardware...most reliable. The only videos that will play back are those that have both been saved to my PC and the Cloud. However, the overwhelming majority of the videos that I have, I deleted the PC file and saved to the Cloud only. All of my videos saved to the Cloud only do not play back. When I try to play back videos saved to the Cloud only, I keep getting the message :"Your video is being prepared for this device. Please try again in a minute. " When I do, the videos never open.
These are the same videos that I have been watching from the cloud for the past couple of years. Now I cannot play any of them.
