getting Youtube "unable to download" as of 01-24-2020

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z5X4Q6jFtHg  - used "download this video" from within realplayer; also tried copy url and pasted into realdownloader "download from weblink".

In both cases, realdownloader gave "unable to download". interestingly some YouTube videos download properly but others don't

Reaplayer and Realdownloader both at >> v 18.1.19.201 / distro T10ENUH58

  We thank you for your patience while we were able to resolve the Downloader issue. Please follow these steps to update your Downloader.

  1. Type Internet Options in the Windows search bar or open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options.
  2. Under Browsing History, click Delete and Delete again when prompted.
  3. Click OK and close Internet Options/Internet Explorer.
  4. Open one of the web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge) and go to YouTube.com.
  5. Click the Download This Video button. (You will still receive "No videos to download" message at this time)
  6. Close all Windows and restart your PC.
  7. Go back to your web browser and download a video. (You should be able to download videos again)

  I downloaded this video a week ago but unable to download it now. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HHrxS4diLew&list=OLAK5uy_kACGdIDU-wQY_enV06fs31-bZGKN8xoUU&index=2 

  It gives me no video to download. Interesting some videos are downloadable. Thanks

  I did manage to download a single video but not anymore

  I wonder if is any problem downloading videos from you tube either way no way to download there's no way that I can upgrade to premium please try to fix that issue obviously Iam not the only one with that issue a lot users have the same problem not good as of 1/24/2020

  I was having problems too with downloading specific YouTube video.  I followed instructions from Real.com on solutions (cleaned out IE cookies, etc and Google cookies).  Used copied/pasted url to downloader.  Nothing works.  Bummer.

  Can you please let me know which web browser you use to download videos? Can you also please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer and look for a file name videodl.exe. Can you please right click on it and go to Properties. We would like you to click the Details tab and let us know what the Product Version is?

  I am attempting to work around issues with "unable to download" certain YouTube videos.  This video is what I am trying to download:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qda-qphSxpE  I strongly suspect that owner of video set blocks to download this video.  Not sure.  

  I also am following several articles of solutions that Real.com is providing, still doesnt work:  https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/204040503, https://customer.real.com/hc/en-us/articles/235180047.  

  tried different download location to "My Pictures" folder, doesn't work.  Will try other location.  Still figuring it out.  :)
