Where's my RealPlayer Plus?
I bought it, my card was charged but how do I upgrade my player?
I got this in my confirmation "You now have RealPlayer Plus. Sign in to RealPlayer Plus to get your RealPlayer Plus features."
I type RealPlayer Plus in my browser and it takes me to https://www.real.com/ but "RealPlayer Plus" is nowhere to be found.
I can't assume I have the "Plus" since I STILL can't download video in Ultra HD.
I don't understand why a link wasn't in the email.
Can you please email me the link?

When you purchased RealPlayer Plus, you would've been prompted to install RealPlayer. Anyway, here is the solution for you.
First, you will need to install RealPlayer by following the instructions from the below link.

Once you have installed RealPlayer, you will need to sign into RealPlayer by following the instructions from the below link.

Please note: Typing RealPlayer Plus in your browser is not the right way to do.

My account was just upgraded to RealPlayer Plus for $39.99 plus tax. However, I cannot sync my videos to my Apple iPhone. Both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network. Can anyone help? Thanks.-Tom
