Error message when attempting to burning a DVD from YouTube

When attempting to burn a DVD from YouTube videos I get various errors:

(1) Device error - Command Timeout: Device may have been removed or reset

(2) A General Error has occurred: unknown error 2131046405

(3) Device error - Sense code (03 72 02)

Please advise. Thank you.

  These errors indicate that you are having a hardware failure. Your DVD Drive is causing problems. You may need to contact your PC manufacturer to address the hardware failure. 

  Please note: Even if you are able to play DVDs, when burning the DVD drive uses the burn lens built into it. This may either be dirty or not working.
