Unable to access Plus features after updating to newest version
Greetings,
On 9/13/21 I updated to Realplayer (win32) VERSION 20.0.5.307, Helix powered, distribution T20EMUH74. Although a star is by my name the plus features I pay $9.99 for monthly are not accessable. I have signed out and in, selected update in the drop down menu. I am up to date. From what I have read on the community site, will it correct it self or is there somethin else I need to do? I have subcribed to RealPlayer for many years, enjoying the features and wish to resolve this problem.
Thank You Elizabeth Ann Bischoff

Can you please let us know which of the paid features are not working? We see you have your paid account under your cox.net address. Please sign into RealPlayer with this email address.

Greetings,
Thank you for responding so quickly.
Upon further investigation, after reading your inquiry, the ability to create a playlist does work. I was looking for the apperance that the previcous version had. Such as the RealPlayer icon in the upper left does not have Plus encluded. Also the number of clips in the music list when I click on music does not show. Are these minor differences in the RealPlayer versions? I may have expected the apperance of the updated version to look exactly like the previous.
Thank You Elizabeth Ann Bischoff

With the new version of RealPlayer, we made design changes. We replaced the word "Plus" with a star (*) on the top right corner of RealPlayer next to your name. This star (*) indicates that Plus is activated.
With regards to your music library, by default it goes to Album view. You can change it to All Music to see all of your music files.

I can't access my large library of films and the whole system looks very strange and not usable after so many years of good use. It looks find early today (9-14-21) but is totally fouled up now. What's going on? I didn't give permission to go to the new version.

Timothy,
If your videos are still in your PC's hard disk, RealPlayer will add them to the library. If you've changed computers, those videos won't automatically show up here. You will need to manually transfer your files to your new PC. That said, if you still have your videos on your computer, you can add the folder that contains those videos by going into RealPlayer's Preferences.
Lastly, from time to time we offer the latest version which comes with new features and bug fixes like most software companies. Without the user's intervention, there is no way the new version gets installed.
