You people that turned into real scam artist you know that I thought you were a reputable company when I bought real player and now you're asking me to pray again for something I've already paid for and I'm looking on here and I'm seeing similar posts and it looks like I'm not the only ones being asked to pay again you people are God damn crooks that's all there is to it I want my goddamn money back

  I apologize for cursing I shouldn't have done that but I'm just really really ticked off because you people are a scam artist that's all there is to it I mean you charge somebody for a product they pay for it and then I can install it on my computer and then all of a sudden you're trying to make me pay for it again and that's not right I want curse again but you people need to get your act together you shouldn't be charging people twice

  We see that you purchased RealPlayer Plus v.18 under your gmail address and not under your comcast address. If you installed RealPlayer v.20/20, you will need to upgrade to activate Plus features in RealPlayer v.20 as this is a different product with additional new features. If you want to upgrade, please let us know. As a loyal user, you are eligible for a discount.

  If you don't want to upgrade, you will need to uninstall RealPlayer v.20 and install RealPlayer v.18. You can install RealPlayer v.18 by clicking this link.
