SLOW AF DOWNLOAD SPEEDS!!!!!
The condescending attitide of someone to answer snottily, then CLOSE COMMENTS? My player is UP TO DATE, AND STILL SLOW. I have updated EVERYTHING. I uninstalled, re-installed. STILL SLOW! I have tried every last one of your houngy work-arounds...NOTHING WORKS!

Can you please let us know the following information:
1. Please go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
2. Right click on videodl and click Properties and then the Details tab.Please provide us with the version number you see there.
Could you also provide us with a sample URL that you are unable to download and the web browser you are using? Lastly, what version of RealPlayer and Windows do you have installed?

Thank you for writing back. These videos you sent requires the user to sign into YouTube to confirm that they are above 18 years of age.
Example of one such video you are attempting to download.
There are certain videos that are set to play only if the user confirms they are above 18 years old. That said, our Downloader is not designed to download such videos and movies that are hosted in YouTube.
This is a Setting in YouTube.
As a YouTube channel host when uploading, one has the option to set the audience. Here is a screenshot of that setting.
Regular videos that are not having this restrictions, should be able to download without any issues.

Then try any of her other videos that are NOT restricted, they STILL either won't download, or download slow AF! Again, this has to do with LEGAL MATTERS.
