Real Player latest update not working on Windows 11 22H2

Latest update hung on last few % of installing, will not open or run.

  If you feel RealPlayer is not installing right, can you please follow these steps.
   

  • Can you please go to C:\Users\<Your PC Name>\AppData\Roaming\Real\RealPlayer
  • Open a file named "RealPlayer-log.txt"?
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the log file and copy paste the last 4 lines over here.

  This will indicate where the problem is.
   
  If you have difficulty in finding this file, please let us know.

  i have the same issue ,
